Alice is an Associate in the Education employment team at Browne Jacobson, providing both contentious and advisory services to a wide range of education clients. She advises on employment tribunal claims, conciliation, alternative dispute resolution and general employment queries.

Alice has a background in the education sector, having qualified as a teacher in 2017. She worked in a range of secondary schools including local authority maintained, independent and MAT settings in London and the East Midlands before undertaking her legal training.

Alice now uses her experience to inform her client relationships and her understanding of employment matters within the education sector. She provides contentious and strategic advice in relation to employment tribunal claims, including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. She also assists clients with their internal grievance, disciplinary and capability procedures, and contract and policy drafting.
