Alice is a Senior Associate specialising in commercial property. Alice has significant experience in assisting in development work, including the acquisition of development sites and the sale of new build properties within development sites. 

Alice has recently assisted on:

• The acquisition of Castlecourt Shopping Centre, Belfast
• The acquisition of Bow Street Mall, Lisburn
• The disposal of Oakmount Lodge Care Home, Bangor.

Alice was educated at Queens University Belfast and the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. She completed her training contract and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2020. 

Alice is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland.
