Alice Elliott-Foster

Alice is a second-year trainee solicitor in our London office. She is currently sat in the Commercial team, where she works on range of contentious, transactional and advisory IP matters.

Alice’s first seat was in our Commercial Digital and Sourcing team. Throughout her seat, she worked on various commercial contracts, and large IT outsourcing projects for national organisations from both the public and private sectors. Following this, Alice sat in our Financial and Professional Risks team, where she primarily worked on professional negligence and insurance policy coverage disputes.

Having previously worked in-house for a private sector client, Alice is also experienced in drafting, analysing and executing contracts which ensure companies engage with customers and suppliers on terms that best protect their business.

She studied Political Science at Bath University before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP University London, where she graduated with a distinction.

Alice has published articles in Lexis PSL and Lexology.
