Alice is an associate in our London office. She specialises in contentious, transactional, and advisory intellectual property matters in the firm’s commercial team.
Her contentious experience includes advising clients on a range of disputes relating to copyright and trade mark infringement, advertising regulation and anti-counterfeiting, as well assisting with trade mark oppositions at the UKIPO.
Alice advises on various transactional matters, including project managing clients’ international trade mark portfolios, drafting licenses and assignments, and conducting pre-acquisition IP due diligence.
Having previously worked in-house for two private sector clients, Alice is also experienced in drafting, analysing and executing contracts which ensure companies engage with customers and suppliers on terms that best protect their business.
Alice joined the firm in 2022 and undertook seats in our commercial digital and outsourcing, intellectual property, and financial and professional risk teams.
She obtained a first-class Political Science degree from Bath University before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP University London, where she graduated with a distinction.
Alice has published articles in Lexis PSL and Lexology and is a member of IPSoc.
