Celebrating International Women’s Day

On Monday 8 March, we celebrated International Women’s Day 2021 to shine a spotlight on women’s achievements and increase their visibility. Together we held a webinar to mark the event, exploring this year’s theme of #Choosetochallenge. Our panellists discussed ways in which we can all choose to challenge gender stereotypes and promote gender equity.

Chairing the conversation

HR leader Aggie Mutuma founded the consultancy Mahogany Inclusion Partners, which is committed to making the world an equal, fair and inclusive place where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Aggie helps businesses to build and sustain inclusive cultures and chaired our thought-provoking discussion around gender bias faced by women, particularly in the workplace.
