2025 saw the launch of our trailblazing Social Mobility Incubator webinar series. For 2026, we’re building on this with a structured series of three online roundtables for organisational leaders and social mobility practitioners.

The incubator programme will run during autumn 2026. It is designed to both close knowledge gaps and share good practice amongst participants representing multiple sectors.

Sessions will include presentations from a guest expert speaker covering the current state of play and recent developments shaping the field. The remainder of each session is then conducted under Chatham House rules, enabling open, peer-led discussion and collaborative problem-solving. 

Three sessions

• Wednesday 30 September – Moving beyond 'getting in' to 'getting on': Internal social mobility, psychological safety and inclusion at work.
• Wednesday 7 October – Accent bias: The invisible gatekeeper.
• Wednesday 14 October – Social mobility and social value in your supply chain: Optimising outreach, community engagement and procurement.
