HR pathways academy CPD showcase, July 2026

Join us for this free showcase where we’ll walk you through our HR Pathways Academy, a suite of CPD courses designed to equip HR professionals and leaders in schools and academy trusts with the skills, knowledge and confidence to manage employees in line with best practice and employment legislation.

The academy offers three distinct pathways – Foundation, Intermediate and Visionary – each tailored to a different stage of your HR and people-management career. Whether you're new to HR, stepping into a management role for the first time, or a senior leader looking to sharpen your strategic approach, there's a pathway built for you.

Delivered via Zoom by our team of experienced HR consultants, each pathway combines structured learning with practical application. Delegate places are limited to approximately 30 per cohort, so every participant gets meaningful engagement with programme leads and peers.

Who should attend

This showcase is for anyone working in or alongside HR within schools and academy trusts – from HR administrators and HR managers to headteachers, senior leaders and trust executives responsible for people management and staff development.

It's particularly relevant right now as we're launching a brand new Foundation pathway alongside our established Intermediate and Visionary courses. With the next cohorts opening for registration – including the Foundation pathway starting 3 November 2026 – this is your chance to find out which route is right for you or your team before places fill.

What you'll learn

This session gives you a clear picture of what each pathway covers, who it's designed for and how it's delivered – so you can make an informed decision about which programme suits your needs.

You'll hear how the Foundation pathway covers essentials such as safeguarding compliance, the Single Central Record, employee lifecycle management and the Green and Burgundy Books. We'll also outline the Intermediate pathway for those building core management skills, and the Visionary pathway for senior leaders ready to take a more strategic approach to people management.
