The academy offers three distinct pathways – Foundation, Intermediate and Visionary – each tailored to a different stage of your HR and people-management career. Delivered via Zoom by our team of experienced HR consultants, each pathway combines structured learning with practical application. Delegate places are limited to approximately 30 per cohort, so every participant gets meaningful engagement with programme leads and peers.
