In the absence of exams, the Department for Education (DfE) and Ofqual have published their joint decision on how GCSE, AS and A level and vocational and technical qualification grades will be determined in summer 2021.
Whilst further guidance from exam boards is awaited, this session:
- explore what we know so far about the grade determination plans
- highlight the potential legal risks and challenges for schools; and
- identify what steps should be taken by senior leaders, governors and school staff now to avoid or mitigate those risks.
