In the final of our three-part ‘Grades without Exams’ webinar series, we explored practical challenges when preparing for grade appeals and managing data requests.
In this webinar we:
- Outlined the appeals process as documented in the latest Joint Council of Qualifications guidance and discuss other routes of legal challenge
- Highlighted the likely grounds of appeal and challenge and provide advice on what you can do now to prepare for these
- Suggested how to be proactive with subject access requests
- Discussed how to handle Freedom of Information Act requests
This session follows two previous webinars, which have looked at:

- Equality considerations and the obligations of assessment centres in relation to teacher assessed grades
