Browne Jacobson and FDF: Leading conversations on diversity and inclusion
Standout diversity and inclusion initiatives with Caroline Keohane and Tom Lyas
The food and drink sector team at Browne Jacobson are partnering with the Food & Drink Federation (FDF) to run a campaign focussing on diversity and inclusion in the Food and Drink industry.
Over the course of six weeks, we are hosting conversations with several individuals who are leading the way on diversity and inclusion in the sector, and who have some great stories to share.
This conversation is between Caroline Keohane, Head of Industry Growth at the FDF and a leading member of the FDF's EDI forum and Tom Lyas, Head of Resourcing and Social Mobility at Browne Jacobson. The two discuss standout diversity and inclusion initiatives from FDF members as well as Browne Jacobson's innovative solutions for advancing social mobility.
