Mark Rimmer, Director at Pathel Industrie commented: “We are delighted to welcome Proflex to the Pathel UK Ltd team and the wider Pathel Industrie group.

“Proflex has grown significantly since its launch in 2005 into a leading provider of high quality and bespoke hose and couplings. “I’d like to thank the Browne Jacobson team for the pragmatic and strong advice they delivered. The team has an excellent grasp of the sectors they are working with and worked really hard to meet the timescales set out, ensuring the transaction was executed as smoothly as possible.”

Ryan Brown added: “It’s been a real pleasure to have been involved in the further growth of the Pathel brand and business.

“Both Pathel and Proflex have strong businesses and there is a great synergy between the excellent service and product lines they offer which I’m sure will make for a very successful partnering. We look forward to seeing the enlarged group go from strength to strength.”
