Noah is an Associate in the Public Law and Health team in Browne Jacobson’s London office. He advises on a broad variety of public law issues and has specific experience in the health and education sectors.
Noah is also experienced in acting for Core Participants in statutory public inquiries under the Inquiries Act 2005 and is able to adeptly support clients through all stages of the inquiry process, including responding to Rule 9 requests, Warning Letters and section 21 notices, as well as managing disclosure and hearings.
Noah previously worked for the Government Legal Department, gaining invaluable experience in advising central government and Arm's Length Bodies on a vast range of public law issues, including lawful decision making, consultation, governance, legal risk analysis and judicial review.
