Luke Cullen

Luke is a Company Secretary Manager based in Browne Jacobson’s Dublin office. Luke advises on corporate governance and company law queries in Ireland and provides company secretarial services to Irish companies.

Prior to joining Browne Jacobson, Luke worked in a busy company secretarial firm, and on the company secretarial team of a large corporate law firm in Dublin. Luke has significant experience advising clients on company secretarial matters, compliance, corporate governance and best practice, company formations, restructurings, insolvency and winding up, and duties of company directors and secretaries.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from Griffith College Dublin. Luke is an Associate member of the Irish Institute of Legal Executives (A.I.I.L.Ex.) and holds Affiliate membership with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (CG Affiliated). Luke was appointed as a Peace Commissioner by the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration in October 2025.
