Sue Mabson

Sue is an HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in generalist HR gained in both private and public sector. 

She has worked in strategic and operational roles which have involved people and project management. She has also worked in-house for a large multi-academy trust for a number of years. As well as providing commercial expert advice and guidance to school and academies across the full range of educational HR, her areas of specialism include policy development, change management, reward, training design and delivery. She builds strong working relationships with clients and has a pragmatic approach to problem solving. 

Sue is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, and a Mental Health First Aider.
