Acted for Enfield Council – Lee Valley Heat Network on the delivery of a major investment and strategic priority. It involves circa £30m of initial investment in the heat supply network, including an energy centre taking heat supply from North London Waste Authority.
Acted for Local Space Ltd on arrangements with London Borough of Newham for the provision of housing supply in the Borough. This project involves securing additional finance and acquisition of new homes for rent. Stephen is advising on a long-term partnership agreement between the housing association and the Council.
