Gavin is an Associate specialising in advisory, transactional and contentious intellectual property and commercial contracts in the firm’s commercial team. 

He has experience in advising clients on broad range of IP protection, including trademark clearances and disputes, brand enforcement, copyright and domain name disputes, IP licences and other IP agreements. He also has experience in drafting and advising on contracts for the supply of goods and / or services from both a customer and a supplier perspective. 

Gavin advises clients in a range of sectors from retail, technology, higher education and government.
