Browne Jacobson has begun festive celebrations at its Manchester office with the launch of its ‘12 Days of Christmas’ campaign, to showcase and support the vital work of twelve local charities.
Festivities began with a visit from the Browne Jacobson team to a rehearsal of Special Virtuosi, a music group for children and adults with additional needs based at the Royal Northern College of Music. The team also handed over a £250 donation. The orchestra’s next concert is at Didsbury Baptist Church on 5th December at 7.30pm (tickets can be purchased on the door).
The following day, the firm presented another donation to Growing Together, a Levenshulme-based therapeutic horticultural group for refugees and people seeking asylum.
With another ten events planned, including a festive brass band concert, 5k run and food hamper preparation, the campaign will benefit charities such as Mustard Tree, a charity tackling poverty and homelessness, and The Clare Daly Foundation, which raises awareness and supports prevention of skin cancer.
