Westerman Homes, which was founded in the 1930s, is a family run housing development business based in Chilwell, Nottingham. The transaction saw the sale of 725 acres of land across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire to construction and development company, Bowmer + Kirkland, located in Belper, Derbyshire.
Browne Jacobson real estate partner Barry Sully led a team of lawyers, including partner Rebecca Toates and associate Lauren Jeffrey, all based in the firm’s Nottingham office.
