Tim Williams

Tim is a trainee solicitor in our corporate team, supporting clients on a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and private equity. He joined Browne Jacobson after more than seven years in public relations and communications, where he advised on and executed campaigns for tech start-ups and multinationals.  

Tim’s previous experience in PR and communications enabled him to develop a sound understanding of the workings of sectors such as automotive, energy, engineering, and technology, among others. He’s now using that knowledge and experience to benefit clients using Browne Jacobson’s corporate services.
