We caught up with Richard Barlow ahead of the public and admin law seminar to understand more around managing the legal risks of conflicts of interest within organisations. Richard explains how the existence of certain conflicts of interest can be managed through ‘functional separation’ and identifies the principles established in the Seaport Investments Ltd case.
