Anja Beriro introduces the December edition of the Public Matters newsletter

18 December 2018

Anja Beriro, a partner in the government and infrastructure team here at Browne Jacobson, introduces you to the latest edition of the Public Matters newsletter. In this short video, Anja outlines the articles in this month’s edition including planning enforcement notices from our public law and administrative law team, restructuring of local authorities and a variety of procurement topics. Anja discusses some of the procurement topics including confidentiality of information, the disclosure of documents and how an individual would retain the information, for example, when running a procurement process.

Further articles within this edition include the Faraday decision and the procurement process behind this, and finally Anja highlights an article she has written looking at latest decisions from the European Court of Justice around procurement.

If you would like more information on the topics in this video, please contact Anja who will be more than happy to answer your questions.
