Following our joint survey with the CBI looking at the public procurement regime and the accessibility to the private sector, Anja Beriro shares some of the key learnings, along with practical advice on how the public and private sector work together to improve tendering processes and improve the public private partnerships.

Anja talks about how pre-marketing engagement is really important in the tendering process as it allows the public sector to have better relationships with private partners who are beneficial in the long term, and make sure that contracts are more commercially balanced.
