15:30 - 16:30 GMT
We are pleased to invite you to our popular Claims Club. Although we can’t yet see you in person, we hope you can join us and will find the session engaging and interactive. Following the session there will also be an opportunity for an informal (virtual!) catch up for those who can stay on.
We will be discussing:
Mental wellbeing of employees during the pandemic
There is a growing risk to the wellbeing of employees during the pandemic, both key workers and staff who have been required to work at home for an extended period. We will consider those risks, steps that can be taken to mitigate them and what the future of stress at work claims might look like.
Adult social care
Managing the transformation agenda for adult services is demanding and complex, involving the implementation of legislation and handling projects involving public, private and third sectors. The pandemic has also had a profound impact on adult social care: we will outline the critical issues for authorities to consider.
Legal update
We will reflect over the last 12 months, bringing you up to date with key issues and cases of interest, as well as what we see on the horizon.
If there are any particular issues you would like us to consider please do let us know prior to the session.
To ensure the session remains interactive it will be necessary to limit numbers and restrict attendees from an organisation to 3. Thank you for your understanding.
