admin and public law seminar

12.00pm - 5.00pm

We are pleased to invite you to our administrative and public law seminar, chaired by Sir Robert Devereux, former Permanent Secretary for the Department for Work and Pensions.

We will be covering the following topics:

  • 'wearing two hats' - managing the legal risks of conflicts of interest and allegations of pre-determination/bias
  • information law update session - freedom of information (FOI) cases, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • case law update
  • judicial review - tactics for dealing with judicial review and case law

There will of course be plenty of time for discussion and questions, so we do hope you can come along. After the seminar there will drinks, canapés and a chance to network with other public sector colleagues.
