Corporate finance and banking transaction update - Autumn / Winter 2017

2 November 2017

Our corporate and banking teams continue to be amongst the most active advisers in the Midlands. Our latest transaction update details some of the key transactions we have been involved in during the last quarter, covering a wide range of corporate and banking activity.

You may have seen that we have announced some significant news about our banking & finance capability in the North West. We have hired DWF’s national head of banking and partner, Jonathan Edwards into our Manchester office. He is the leading corporate banking lawyer in Manchester and this is a key step forward as part of the strategy for our Manchester office and our banking & finance offering nationally. Jonathan will start with us on 5 February and watch this space for more recruitment news as we further build our transactional team in Manchester.
