Transaction update - August 2010

We have seen encouraging results in the first half of this year, despite the prevailing tough market conditions, and continue to be involved in high profile deals across the Midlands, in both our corporate finance and banking teams.

In the last few days we have also completed the management buyout of Paperchase, the leading designer and retailer of stationery and greeting cards in the UK - a deal funded by Primary Capital. Roger Birchall led the deal, advising the management team.
