The Unjustified Threats Act - what you need to know

The Intellectual Property (Unjustified Threats) Act comes in to force on 1 October 2017. The Act will make a number of substantive changes to the law on unjustified threats of infringement proceedings in respect of all registered intellectual property rights which have effect in the UK as well as unregistered design rights.
