Mateusz is a legal assistant within our Banking and Finance team based in Manchester. He provides key legal support to the team across all types of financing transactions including real estate finance, acquisition finance, debt restructuring and general corporate lending. Mateusz works with a variety of clients including banks, plc/limited companies and private equity firms.
Mateusz joined the firm in May 2022. Prior to joining Browne Jacobson, Mateusz completed the Legal Practice Course and had 18 months of experience working in the residential conveyancing team at Gorvins. Mateusz recently joined the Sports and Social Committee at Browne Jacobson which coordinates the Manchester office’s charity and community work.
