Jodie is a legal assistant in our social care and technical claims team. She specialises in pre-litigated and fast track personal injury claims, involving historical abuse, employers’ liability, and public liability.
Jodie’s clients include local authorities, insurers and other public and private bodies. Jodie is responsible for managing a case load of pre-litigated, litigated, fast track and multi-track claims whilst also assisting senior members of the team with their complex and high-value claims. She successfully advises on liability, quantum, costs and recoveries, often achieving considerable savings for her clients.
Jodie’s qualifications include a LLB in Law with Criminology, a LLM in Health Law and Ethics and she is currently studying with CILEX Law School to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.
