Hannah Wallace

Hannah is a Senior Associate and Team Leader in the Health Advisory and Litigation Department. She is recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ in Legal 500. Hannah specialises in defending claims on behalf of NHS health care providers and has a particular interest and expertise in Secondary Victim claims.

Hannah has worked in the field of clinical negligence since 2011 and for Defendant insurers and NHS Resolution since 2016. She has recently advised in two successful conjoined appeals in the Court of Appeal addressing the concept of legal proximity in secondary victim claims.

She understands the importance of placing Claimants at the heart of litigation and works hard to adopt an empathetic approach to her claims.
