Bringing with her significant HR experience, Eleanor is one of our HR consultants who works primarily with our education clients, providing a full advisory service to a range of schools, academies and multi-academy trusts. She specialises in consultancy services and providing advice on a range of strategic and operational HR issues.
Eleanor joined the team at its inception in 2012 and has been involved in the development and growth of the service since then. She provides advice and support on a range of HR issues, including terms and conditions of employment, restructures, workforce reductions, policy reviews, case work (for example absence, disciplinary, capability and grievances). She delivers a variety of HR training, tailored to meet the needs of the client.
Eleanor has been responsible for developing many of the resources that the service provides to our clients and regularly contributes to our monthly HR bulletin.
Prior to joining Browne Jacobson, Eleanor held a variety of HR roles including working at a senior level in local authorities, further education and the civil service. Eleanor has significant experience of employee relations and working in partnership with professional associations and trade unions.
