Dylan is an associate at our London office and operates across the entire commercial sphere. Dylan primarily advises on commercial contracts but also has experience with data protection, intellectual property and consumer law matters. He is a member of the firm’s sport and leisure team and is involved with its market-leading fashion and beauty group. 

Dylan is dual-qualified in Ireland and England & Wales having previously worked at Arthur Cox LLP in Dublin.  Dylan helps his clients by drafting, negotiating and reviewing all manner of commercial contracts from distribution and supply agreements to social media competition terms. 

Dylan regularly assists companies in meeting their data protection obligations through drafting privacy statements, cookies policies and in preparing responses to subject access requests. He advises companies in relation to their intellectual property rights and answers queries relating to trade marks, copyright and passing off. Dylan is also a member of IP Soc - the UK-based society dedicated to junior IP practitioners. Finally, he advises companies on their consumer law obligations and has recently written an article on the Omnibus Directive.

Assisted a national charity in queries relating to whether copyright existed in certain drawings and whether these rights had been properly assigned.

Advised a large sportswear manufacturer on its response to a subject access request.
