David Ward

David is a trainee solicitor in our health advisory and litigation department, working with fee earners on Inquests and Court of Protection work. He brings experience of working with health bodies from his previous career in a Primary Care Trust and then NHS England.

David has previously completed training seats in our clinical negligence and education teams. In clinical negligence he managed a caseload of pre-action claims and acquired experience in instructing and liaising with medical experts, and in providing advice on liability. In education, he handled the legal aspects of a number of academy transfers from start to finish, and provided advice to schools and academies on a wide range of issues.
