Alicia Yilmaz

Alicia recently qualified and joined the firm as an Associate within the retail, leisure, logistics and occupiers’ section of the corporate real estate department. She has qualified into the department having previously gained in excess of three years’ experience in commercial property as a paralegal. As a result of this, Alicia has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate real estate matters.  

Alicia’s experience includes acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, wide range of landlord and tenant matters, restructuring, corporate support, including financing and development agreements. On a day-to-day basis, Alicia acts for corporate entities with large leasehold property portfolios and dealing with wide variety of landlord and tenant matters such as grant of new leases, renewal leases, deeds of variation, licences to occupy, licences for alterations, assignments, underletting, rent reviews and deeds of surrender. Alicia has extensive experience in franchising and advising both franchisors and franchisees in the property aspect of their transactions including property aspects in transactions concerning the sale of franchise businesses.
