Aaron is an Associate in the Nottingham Commercial team. He specialises in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and IT procurement and outsourcing agreements, across a range of sectors. He has experience working as an extension of clients’ in-house legal teams, as well as being part of the firm’s instant in-house offering.
Aaron has advised a well renowned national gym chain on the procurement of a variety of IT software packages. He also works directly with an international supplier of corporate clothing uniforms, providing regular advice on a variety of commercial contracts and IT procurement agreements.
He acts for a number of schools and academy trusts and higher education and universities as part of the firm’s growing higher education practice. Aaron often supports the firm’s Corporate team with transactions by providing Commercial and IT advice.
Aaron also is part of the firm’s Nottingham Office Professional Network Committee.
Supporting the firm’s corporate team in multi-million pound transactions, by conducting commercial and IT legal due diligence exercises.
Advising a number of schools and academy trusts and higher education and universities clients on IT outsourcing and procurement agreements.
Advising a well renowned national charity on the procurement of a new energy consultancy arrangement.
Advising on a variety of commercial contracts for the supply of goods and services, along with IT procurement agreements.
