Sarah Heathcote

Sarah is a senior associate solicitor and team leader in our Health, Advisory and Litigation department. She joined Browne Jacobson in 2013 and represents defendants in an array of clinical negligence claims. Sarah represents NHS Trusts, GPs and dentists, as well as doctors facing claims arising out of care provided in a private setting.

Sarah began her career representing injured patients and so is familiar with the claims process from both sides of the fence. However, for the last 10 years she has been representing defendants and particularly enjoys supporting medical professionals through the claims process with compassion and empathy.
