Lucinda is an associate in our employment team. She has a wide range of experience in employment law, including employment tribunal claims, advising on grievance and disciplinary procedures and strategic advice. Lucinda is recognised by clients for her enthusiasm and straightforward approach.
Having completed her training contract with Browne Jacobson and qualifying in 2020, Lucinda has gained a wealth of experience in employment matters. Lucinda’s clients include a range of corporates, academy trusts and insurers. She is able to provide advice at any stage in the employment relationship, be that recruitment, changes to terms and conditions, disciplinaries or employment tribunal claims. Lucinda is also instructed on transactional employment issues, including corporate due diligence, TUPE and reorganisations.
