Alex Clark

Alex is an associate in our construction team and advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Specialising large scale energy infrastructure projects for private and public sector clients, with specific focus on solar, nuclear and hydrogen projects.

He has supported in advise on several Tier 1 and Tier 2 supply contracts for Hinkley Point C and now Sizewell C Nuclear projects. Alex has also advised on and drafted suites of contracts for local authorities looking to procure construction services, with a total value of £5m and above. Alex continues to support leading construction lawyers on their role in nuclear energy infrastructure projects, providing both legal and commercial advice. He also maintains a role within the Hinkley Professional Services group, connecting professional services across the Hinkley Point C project.

Alex has previously worked in corporate law, insurance law, and investment banking, where he worked with various stakeholders to manage investments at large bank. Alex can bring a wide range of knowledge and experience to the table.
