Ruby O'Hara

Ruby is a solicitor in our social care and technical claims team, based in our Manchester office. Calm and approachable, she draws on the wealth of experience of her teammates to provide clients with legal advice that benefits from the skills and experience of her team. 

Ruby predominantly focuses on personal injury (abuse and social care) claims, Human Right Act claims, together with the occasional GDPR breach claim and recovery action. Her caseload includes both pre-litigated and litigated claims ranging from the County Court, through to the Court of Appeal. Her clients include local authorities, NHS Trusts, various insurers and private organisations.

As a relatively newly qualified solicitor, Ruby is honing her skillset, and broadening her practice, with the tutelage of partners and senior associates from the wide range of sub-teams.

Ruby’s legal experience stems from working in house in local authority Child Protection legal departments. While training at the firm, Ruby also worked in the Health and Advisory Litigation team, dealing with cases in the Court of Protection.
