Mandy Cooling is a qualified solicitor who leads the team responsible for all aspects of risk and compliance including information security and our accreditations. She has over 20 years’ experience in risk and compliance affecting law firms. Mandy and the team provide commercial, pragmatic and risk-based advice to the business.  

Mandy is also passionate about raising awareness of the menopause and became sponsor of our menopause work in 2021.
