Daisy May Coster-Hollis

Daisy May is an associate in our criminal, compliance and regulatory team carrying out work relating to a broad range of criminal regulatory matters.  

Daisy May assists clients at all stages of regulatory investigation and any subsequent prosecution, and in reviewing policies and procedures. Daisy May acts for both public and private sector clients but with a focus on the health and care sector.  

Daisy May’s practice focuses on healthcare regulation, health and safety investigations, environmental criminal investigation, prosecutions and regulatory due diligence. Daisy May particularly advises clients on CQC registration, investigations into patient safety incidents and enforcement action. 

Daisy May also works closely with clients on sensitive and high-profile inquests, guiding the client during the investigation and disclosure stage through to the subsequent hearing. 

Daisy May attended a secondment with a Clinical Commissioning Group assisting the client’s team with a range of corporate governance issues including whistleblowing, challenges to decision making and oversight of provider services and the extent to which the CCG needed to assure itself that correct processes were followed.  

Daisy May is passionate about promoting the firm’s D&I initiatives, is an active member in the firm’s Gender Working Group and participates in the Literacy Champions group.
