Brexit and beyond: the UK's new relationship with the EU

With global attentions focussed on the COVID-19 pandemic over recent months, it’s been easy to forget that the UK will have a new relationship with Europe once the Brexit transition period comes to an end on 31 December 2020.

The government and the European Commission have both published statements on the outcome of the most recent round of negotiations on the future UK-EU relationship - these indicate that, while some progress has been made, substantial areas of disagreement remain. With less than half of the transition period remaining, the prudent approach for businesses is to take steps to prepare for the possibility of a “no deal” exit at the end of the year. Whatever your business or organisation and whatever sector you’re in, the time to start preparing is now and we are here to help you.

Our Brexit hub provides useful information on the key areas that are likely to be affected by Brexit, the priority issues for any business or organisation and practical guidance to help you navigate the challenges ahead and we will continue to update these as the situation develops.
