The facts

Of the two issues before Master Hurst, namely – had there been compliance with Regulation 4 and were the TAG reps “legal representatives” apparently there was time only for the second point to be argued and Judgment is promised within 7 days. The other issue has been put back and a CMC is listed for 27 November for directions. A further issue will also now be decided, namely can a person linked to an insurance product give independent legal advice?
