Insurance Act - quick reference guide to the changes

The Insurance Act 2015 brings about significant change to insurance law in the UK, that will impact upon all parties engaged in insurance.

The key areas of change are with respect to an insured’s duty of disclosure, the effect of a breach of warranty and how insurers are entitled to deal with fraudulent claims. A quick reference guide explaining the key changes is set out below.
