State aid and subsidy control - post Brexit

14 January 2021

This webinar took place on the 13 January 2021 and it is now available on-demand.

After over 4 years of uncertainty about the future relationship between the UK and EU, as of 2 December 2020, the UK’s future subsidy control regime is still not settled. The UK’s state aid rules will change from 1 January 2021 so in this webinar, we will bring you up to speed on the new position – whatever that may be. An understanding of these new rules will be vital to the public sector, Higher Education Institutions and any recipients of public funding or other support.

Please feel free to send any questions you may have in advance.

This on-demand video is shared on our website and LinkedIn page.
