Browne Jacobson has been delighted to work in partnership with the Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL) and the National Governors Association (NGA) on the development of a new guidance paper, “Forming or Joining a Group of Schools: staying in control of your school’s destiny”. The new guidance was launched on 15 September at a reception at the House of Commons hosted by Neil Carmichael MP, chair of the Education Select Committee and the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Education Governance and Leadership and attended by Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Schools Lord Nash.
