We are pleased to invite you to join us at one of our next regional HR forums.
The forums are aimed at those who lead the HR function in schools and academies across the nation.
Providing an excellent opportunity to network, keep updated on topical matters and share best practice we want these to be your events, and for you to get as much out of them as possible.
To ensure that this will be the case, at the point of registration you will have the opportunity to put forward topics of interest you would like to discuss with your local group.
Topics could be:
- Covid-19: can you require your staff to be vaccinated against the virus?
- Avoiding burnout. Staff well-being and best practice
- Changes to DBS filtering rules
We very much encourage an ‘ask me anything’ approach giving you the opportunity on the day to ask questions of your peers, our employment lawyers and HR specialists.
As soon as it is safe to do so, the termly forums will return to the comfort of our regional offices, but for now you will receive a link to join your chosen forum on Microsoft Teams a few days before. If you cannot make the date of your nearest forum, you are of course, welcome to join us on another date.
