It’s easy to forget the importance of continuous professional development during periods like this. With you and your line managers so busy supporting others, it’s likely that your own development has taken a back seat whilst you prioritise the needs of your staff.
But that’s where we can come in and do our bit to help; by providing short snippets of learning and sharing best practice that you can manage and absorb around your weekly routine.
Benefit from our extensive experience with complimentary, bite-sized learning opportunities. The 30-minute sessions will help you walk back to the office with quick wins on topics such as absence management and conducting a hearing effectively. You’ll also pick up tips on how to tweak your day to day practice to put you on a better footing should you ever find yourself up before an employment tribunal judge. At the end of each session there will time for questions. Delegates will also be sent a certificate of attendance for each session attended.
The sessions are free of charge with a limit of 100 people per training session. To register your place please visit our booking page here.
