We have been appointed in partnership with Lux Nova Partners LLP by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (DBEIS) Heat Network Delivery Unit to prepare national guidance to local authorities on State aid, public procurement and powers considerations in district heating projects. This detailed guidance is targeted at local authorities in England and Wales and provides a comprehensive analysis of the various legal issues involved in establishing and operating district heating networks.
