Browne Jacobson advises Tarkwa Investments on Gee Tee Signs acquisition

Browne Jacobson has advised Tarkwa Investments Limited on its acquisition of Nottingham based Gee Tee Signs Ltd for an undisclosed consideration.

Corporate finance partner Richard Medd led the team, supported by banking partner Shaun McCabe, Rachael Russell (corporate finance) and Victoria McIntyre (property).

Tarkwa Investments Limited was established in 2016 by Chris and Rebecca Skelton. Chris Skelton is the former Managing Director of Derbyshire-based OTR Tyres Limited.

Established in 1979, Gee Tee Signs specialises in the design, manufacture & installation of all types of signs, canopies & entrance features for the retail, leisure and education sectors at its 30,000 sq. ft manufacturing site in Bulwell, Nottingham. Clients include, amongst others, Next, Pizza Hut, Five Guys and M&S.
