Browne Jacobson advises on the acquisition of Source BioScience plc

Browne Jacobson acted for Source BioScience plc on its recommended takeover by way of a scheme of arrangement by Sherwood Holdings valued at £64.8million. 

Source BioScience provides specialist products and services to NHS bodies, academic institutions, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. The business is split into two divisions comprising Laboratory Services and Products and has over 200 employees based across its ten facilities in five countries. 

Sherwood Holdings is a private limited company established jointly by Continental Investment Partners SA and Harwood Capital.

The Browne Jacobson team acting on this transaction was led by partner, Mike Jackson (corporate).
